Insurance Information
We accept the following vision plans at Plaza Lane Optometry:
- Vision Service Plan (all plans)
- Medical Eye Services (MESC)
- Eyemed – Access Plan
We accept assignment on Medicare and Medi-Cal.
For medical emergencies we expect payment at the time of service. We are happy to provide a billing statement for your medical insurance.
